The prices mentioned are gross prices per indicated packaging, excl. VAT

In the Netherlands

Free delivery from €75. For orders under €75, we charge €8.50 shipping costs. We charge €12.50 administration costs for orders under €25.

Abroad

Payment condition

Payments are made net within 30 days.

Our general terms and conditions apply to all our quotations and sales, filed with the Chamber of Commerce in Arnhem, Trade Register number 11048236. You can request these from us or download the General Terms and Conditions.

Returns and complaints

We are sorry if you are not satisfied with one of our products. We will do everything that’s possible to find a suitable solution. But there are some rules attached to this, which you can read below:

1) If you have a problem with a delivery or invoice, please let us know within 10 working days of receipt. You can call or email us.

2) You may return products only after you have contacted us by mail or phone and we have clearly given our permission.

3) You are responsible for the cost of the return shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

4) If we have delivered an item incorrectly or if it is defective, you may return it – with permission. We will arrange the collection of your return and deliver the correct item as soon as possible.

5) If you have ordered too many items or the wrong stock, you may return them by agreement. The cost for this is 15% of the net value of the goods. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipment.

6) Items that are no longer in their original packaging, have different stickers or are damaged will not be refunded.

7) Items ordered especially for you cannot be returned.
