Whatever the problem is, we are happy to solve it! Therefore, always contact us first so we can discuss the possibilities and conditions. So please, do not just send back an incorrect or defective item.

Did we wrongly deliver items? Or did you receive defective products? Please contact us as soon as possible. After you have our permission, you may return these items.

We arrange the collection of your return and if it’s possible we will deliver the correct item as soon as we can. If desired, we can also credit the items.

If subsequent delivery is possible, we will deliver a replacement item from our own stock as soon as possible.

Did you receive a defective article? We handle the warranty with our respective supplier. As a customer you don’t have to wait until this is settled. At FM Electro we like to provide a quick and satisfactory solution!
